At CoolGeek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most electronic items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CoolGeek account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
